We are registered with God Adgang, where you can find detailed information about accessibility for both hotel guests and meeting and conference guests.
We have six accessible hotel apartments, accessible parking and a lift serving the hotel's floors and shared facilities. If you have a disability, a non-visible disability or other specific needs, you are very welcome to contact us before booking or arrival. Our team is familiar with the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower, and we know that needs vary and are not always visible, so please tell us what matters to you.
Plan your stay before arrival
For many guests, knowing the practical details in advance makes the stay easier to plan. We are approximately 100 metres from the Aarhus University Hospital light rail stop, and parking is included when you book directly.
If you need a particular location in the building, an accessible hotel apartment, Connecting Doors, a quieter location or other specific arrangements, please contact us before booking. We can then review the available options together before you arrive.

Parking and access to the hotel
God Adgang records five signed and marked accessible parking spaces at Hotel GUESTapart. The parking area has a firm, even surface, and there are approximately 20 metres from the accessible parking spaces to the access route into the hotel. Two of the spaces are recorded as 4.5 metres wide and three as 3 metres wide.
If you use a wheelchair, access from parking level is via the ramp to the lift, which takes you down to ground-floor level with reception, lobby, meeting and conference facilities, toilets and fitness.

Accessible hotel apartments
We have six accessible hotel apartments. They have a private kitchen and spacious bathrooms, and some can be connected to a standard hotel apartment via Connecting Doors, allowing a companion, assistant or family member to stay close by while having a separate apartment.
Hotel apartments 105 and 106 are on the same level as the parking area, while the other accessible hotel apartments can be reached by lift. All hotel apartments have a private kitchen. Please note that the kitchens in the accessible hotel apartments are not specifically adapted for guests with mobility impairments or reduced vision. If the kitchen layout is important for your stay, you can review the detailed measurements at God Adgang or contact us before booking.
Shared areas and a flexible guest journey
Reception, lobby, shared toilets, the meeting and conference area and fitness are located on the ground floor. A lift serves the floors with hotel apartments, and there is an accessible toilet in the shared area.
Booking, check-in and check-out can be completed digitally, and access to the hotel and your hotel apartment does not require a traditional physical key. This gives you the option of a more independent stay if you prefer. If you need assistance or would like to speak with us, we are available during reception opening hours.
Assistance dogs are welcome. Please contact us before arrival if this or any other specific arrangement is important for your stay.
Non-visible and sensory needs
Accessibility is not only about physical access. Some guests need extra predictability, fewer contact points, written information or the option to plan their stay thoroughly in advance.
If you have a non-visible disability, reduced hearing or vision, cognitive needs or other circumstances that it would be helpful for us to know about, please tell us before arrival. If a quieter location in the building is important, we can look at the available options based on occupancy and the hotel's physical layout.

Accessibility for meetings and conferences
Our meeting and conference facilities are on the ground floor together with reception, lobby and toilet facilities.
Two of the large meeting rooms have fixed hearing loops. For the smaller meeting rooms, a mobile hearing loop can be rented if ordered in advance. If a hearing loop or other specific accessibility arrangements are important for a participant, please contact us before the event.

Close to Aarhus University Hospital
We are located close to Aarhus University Hospital and also welcome guests who stay with us in connection with treatment, examinations or visits to the hospital.
We are a hotel – not a patient hotel or a care or treatment facility. We therefore cannot provide care, treatment or other healthcare services. We are, however, happy to help with practical matters that fall within the scope of a hotel stay.

Needs vary and are not always visible. Please tell us what is important to you rather than only which hotel apartment you would like. This helps us advise you about location, an accessible hotel apartment, Connecting Doors, proximity to a companion or family member and other practical arrangements where possible.
If a request requires a special service, additional equipment or substantial extra resources beyond a standard hotel stay, we will clarify in advance what is possible and whether there is an additional charge.
