Family-friendly accommodation in Aarhus with a kitchen and room for up to 8
When the whole family is staying in Aarhus, a standard hotel room can quickly feel a little cramped. At Hotel GUESTapart, you stay in a hotel apartment with room for meals, relaxing and all the things that come with travelling as a family.
Our hotel apartments start at 30 m² and include a private kitchen, bathroom, dining area and living area. For larger families, Connecting Doors solutions join two apartments together. The largest option, Connecting Doors XL, provides up to 95 m² and room for up to 8 guests.
This makes GUESTapart a practical option for both a smaller family spending a weekend in Aarhus and larger families who want to stay together with a little more room around them.
Hotel with a kitchen for family stays in Aarhus
Every hotel apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen. You will find a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, kitchenware and a dining area in the apartment.
For families, having a kitchen means you can fit meals around your own day. Store your own food, prepare snacks for an outing, heat something up for the little ones or make a meal when you do not feel like eating out.
It makes the hotel apartment more than simply a place to sleep. You get some of the freedom you would normally associate with a holiday apartment, while still staying at a hotel with the hotel's facilities close at hand.
Hotel apartments for smaller and larger families
For a family of up to 4 guests, Plenty Of Room With Sofabed is a 36 m² option. Plenty Of Room With Bay Window And Sofabed is 42 m² and has room for 4 guests plus one child on an additional sleeping space measuring 177 × 90 cm.
If the family needs even more room, Connecting Doors consists of two connected hotel apartments with a minimum of 60 m² and room for up to 6 guests. Connecting Doors XL provides up to 95 m² and room for up to 8 guests.
That can be a practical solution for larger families, several generations travelling together or families who simply want to stay together without booking separate hotel rooms in different parts of the hotel.
Organic breakfast and practical facilities for families
In the morning, Hotel GUESTapart serves a homemade, organic breakfast. The hotel has the Organic Cuisine Label in silver, which means that 60–90% of the food and drink purchased by the kitchen is organic.
There are also several practical facilities that can make staying with children a little easier. A cot for children aged 0–3 can be booked for an additional fee, and high chairs are available subject to availability. During holiday periods, there is a playroom for younger children and a games room for older ones, while the library has drawing materials and games.
On the ground floor, there is also a laundry room where you can wash and tumble dry clothes for a fee and iron during your stay. Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel, and you can stream to the B&O TV in your hotel apartment – practical when there is also time for a quiet break between the day's plans.
The current English rooms page also lists cots, high chairs, holiday play areas, laundry, tumble drying and streaming to B&O TV among the hotel's facilities.
A practical base for a family trip to Aarhus
If the family arrives by car, the car park is right by the hotel. When booking direct through GUESTapart, parking is included, and the car is registered via the guest app link on arrival.
There are 10 Clever EV charging points in the car park. If you want to continue into Aarhus without the car, the Aarhus University Hospital light rail stop is around 100 metres from the hotel.
This makes it easy to use GUESTapart as a base for a family trip to Aarhus: the car can stay parked at the hotel while the light rail takes you towards the city. At the end of the day, you can return to your own hotel apartment with room for dinner, relaxing and planning the next day's adventures.
In short, you get more room, your own kitchen and the practical things close at hand. It is our take on a family-friendly hotel stay in Aarhus, where bringing the whole family along should simply be a little easier.
